Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect emails from one mailbox account to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you want to forward emails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
